Express Framing & Stained Glass is a woman owned small business founded in February 2006 by Linda Rhodes of Culloden, WV.  The company is operated from my home office and provides quality picture framing and stained glass glass products & services to government, businesses and residential clients nationwide.

Linda Rhodes: Principal owner, artist & certified picture framer is a Graduate of Marshall University of Huntington, WV and has a B.A.  With 12 years experience in the stained glass and custom framing industries as-well-as 11 years of sales & marketing and business management experience and 3 years experience website building for small craft businesses, Express Framing & Stained Glass is able to offer a variety of quilt services.
